Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Adverts: the details you enter (title, description, photos, city, neighbourhood, name, WhatsApp and phone number). These are shown publicly on your advert.
• Accounts: email address, name, optional phone numbers and a securely hashed password.
• Technical data: a hashed (non-reversible) form of your IP address for anti-spam and abuse limits, and a session cookie needed for logins and forms. A language cookie remembers EN/FR.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not show your email address publicly.
• We do not use advertising trackers.

Photos

Uploaded photos are re-processed and their hidden metadata (such as GPS location) is removed.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your advert at any time from your private management link or your dashboard. Deleted adverts are removed from public view immediately and their photos are deleted. To close an account, contact us.
